By creating an account or using worldtolls (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
worldtolls calculates estimated toll costs for routes across Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, using third-party mapping/geocoding data and toll tariff data we maintain ourselves. Estimates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed to exactly match the amount charged at a physical toll gate — toll operators can change tariffs, add or remove gates, or apply vehicle classifications differently than our engine does. Do not rely on worldtolls as your only source before a trip where an exact toll amount matters financially.
Free accounts receive a starting credit allowance and further free daily queries as a guest. Paid/upgraded plans are granted manually after a request is reviewed and approved (see Pricing) — no automatic recurring billing exists on the Service today. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You may not: attempt to circumvent query/rate limits; scrape or bulk-extract toll tariff data for resale or republishing without permission; use the Service to build a competing toll calculation product; or interfere with the Service's availability for other users (automated abuse, excessive load, etc.). API access (see API docs) is subject to the request limits and country access of your approved plan.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see KVKK below for how to exercise this).
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, worldtolls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on a toll estimate, route calculation, or currency conversion shown by the Service.
This section explains what data worldtolls collects and why, for every visitor and member.

Address text you type into the search box is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to convert it into map coordinates (geocoding). Route/toll calculation is performed by our own calculation engine at api.ucretliyol.com — we do not share your account identity with it, only the coordinates and vehicle class needed to price the route. Currency conversion rates are fetched from frankfurter.app (a free, keyless European Central Bank rate service) — no personal data is sent to it. If Google Analytics is active on this site, aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be sent to Google as described in their own privacy policy.
We use a session cookie (keeps you signed in), a guest-tracking cookie (enforces the free daily query limit fairly), and a currency-preference cookie. None of these are used for third-party advertising.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Query logs are kept for a limited period for abuse-prevention and support purposes, then may be aggregated or deleted. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla worldtolls, aşağıdaki hususlarda sizi bilgilendirmek ister.
Kimlik bilgisi (ad soyad), iletişim bilgisi (e-posta), işlem güvenliği bilgisi (şifre özeti, IP adresi, oturum/çerez kimliği), müşteri işlem bilgisi (sorgulanan güzergah adresleri/ koordinatları, araç sınıfı, hesaplama geçmişi).
Üyelik oluşturma ve yönetimi, hizmetin (ücret hesaplama) sunulması, kötüye kullanımın (bot kayıt, brute-force giriş denemesi, limit aşımı) önlenmesi, talep edilen plan/API erişiminin değerlendirilmesi ve onay/red sonucunun tarafınıza bildirilmesi, yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi.
KVKK m.5/2 kapsamında bir sözleşmenin kurulması/ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması, veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğü, ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati.
Yukarıdaki "Third parties we send data to" (Privacy Policy) bölümünde belirtilen hizmet sağlayıcılar dışında kişisel verileriniz üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.
Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK'da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
